GIVING TUESDAY 2024

As we enter the 2024 holiday season, we are reminded of the power of community and the importance of supporting the visual arts and their capacity to pull us out of isolation, relaying something of transcendent meaning to people from all walks of life. We’re reminded that through their exploration, experimentation, care, and skill, visual artists vitally provoke the social and spiritual consciousness of our community; and that, by nurturing the development of art, our community is more apt to appreciate subtlety, respect individuality and celebrate diversity. This Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2024, we invite you to be a part of something special at Art Saint Louis!

Our recent move to a new home and larger location at 2801 Locust Street in Midtown's historic Oakland Building marks a pivotal moment for our organization. Our lovely new gallery offers expanded exhibition space so we may feature more regional artists in our juried group exhibitions, and expanded seating in our beautiful Catalyst Coffee Bar adds an alternative shared workspace and third space for Midtown Alley’s creative professionals and university communities.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited to expand our programming and deepen our commitment to the local arts community by making a significant impact on the city's art ecosystem. We aim to raise $60,000 before we close 2024 to support our upcoming initiatives and projects: expanding Art Saint Louis' exhibition program, creating confidence and community around art collecting through our Couch Conversations series, and expanding digital features for greater neighborhood and district connection and awareness of the vast galleries in the area with our Saint Louis Gallery Guide.

However, to make these visions a reality, we need your continued support. Your donation is essential to help us continue our mission –  to serve as a nexus for the region's visual arts and expand opportunities for Saint Louis’s regional artists.

Your contribution, no matter the size, will help us achieve this goal and make a positive impact on our community. Click here to donate today.

Together, we can ensure that art continues to thrive in our community. Thank you for considering a donation this Giving Tuesday. Your generosity makes our work possible, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.

Wishing you a joyful holiday season!

Warm regards,
